You can ask for a launderette service (on payment)

CTM has arranged a convention with the garage “del Centro Storico”, which is round the corner from the apartments.
For our guests, a particular tariff will be applied, provided the use of the parking area all night long or for 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges related to the advance (30% of total amount)

- From the time of reservation until 90 days before check-in: 50% of the advance payment.
- From 89 days until the day of check-in : 100% of the advance payment.

Refunds may be made by bank transfer or paypal (if the customer has a PayPal account). Any charges for the transfer will be paid by the customer.
